Payment Terms
25% deposit upon conformation to hold reservation; remaining balance due 15 days before arrival.

Addition fees
$50 cleaning fee
$500 damage deposit refunded within 7 business days of departure
13% VAT added to nightly charge

Refunds – 50% of the charges if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date. No refunds if within 30 days of arrival.
